How to get rid of white hairs

Children, work, lack of sleep and the long working hours and busy business days are probably the few of the reason why your hair turns gray. Couple of gray hairs may be noticed along the line of your hair and to spread as the years pass.

But we have happy news for you! Instead of visiting the beauty salon or buying expensive permanent hair dye box, try this remedy. It will help you darken your hair. Potato peels!
The potato peels starch has the ability to act as a natural color. It can help you cover the gray hairs. Yes, and all that in just few weeks or months.
Read the recipe and the preparation process below:
  • a towel
  • a large pot
  • a strainer
  • a large bowl
  • five or six potatoes (medium or large)
  • a bottle of shampoo
  • moisturizing shampoo and conditioner
Step 1

Take 5-6 medium sized potatoes. Remove the peels of the potatoes. Put the peels of the potatoes in a large saucepan. Add ½ gallon of water. Turn on the heat on the stove and wait until the water boils. Let the peels boil into the water for 20-30 minutes.
Step 2
Strain the potato peels and put them in a large bowl. Keep the water that boiled and let it completely cool. Once the water has cooled, pour it into clean shampoo bottle.

Step 3
Use regular shampoo and conditioner to wash your hair. It is important to nurture your hair because the gray hairs are dry and fragile.
Step 4
Pour the potato peels water rinse over your hair. Put a dry towel on your hair. Later, dry and style your hair as you wish.
Step 5
Practice this for 2 or 3 times a week. You can practice this routine for several weeks or months. Continue this practice until you reach your goal, that is, until your gray hairs get darken.
What cause hairs to turn white or gray. Here are the reasons according to Dr. Mercola.
Hydrogen peroxide: Hydrogen peroxide is a well-known tool for bleaching your hair, but many people aren't aware that your hair cells make hydrogen peroxide, too.
As you age, the amount produced increases, which researchers believe ultimately bleaches out your hair pigment, turning your hair grey and then white.7
Smoking: There is a significant association between tobacco use and graying of hair. Cigarette smoking is also linked to premature hair graying, with the onset of gray hair occurring before the age of 30.
Oxidative stress: Oxidative stress can be defined as the state in which your free radicals (from pollution, poor diet, stress, etc.) outnumber your antioxidant defenses (from healthy diet). Graying hair may be an indicator of oxidative stress-induced damage.
Research has also shown that people with premature graying had a higher level of pro-oxidants and lower levels of antioxidants than those with normal hair.
Vitamin B12 deficiency: This is also linked to premature gray hair, and there is at least one report of pigmentation returning to hair after the vitamin deficiency was resolved.
